ROLES & TASK FOR PERFORMANCE
- Generate qualified leads for business process and qualify the leads to close sales with the client scope.
- Identify and genearte new business opportunities through calls, networking & marketing follow-ups.
- Identify the market potential by qualifying accounts & clients and suggest suitable Solutions.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments, Demos, presentations, and their requirements.
- Identify – prospects and client needs / requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet these needs.
- Ensure to build a Stong client relationship and ensure a strong pipeline approach for future business growth.
- Act as the point of sales contact for the customers’ requirements and effectively respond quickely, effectively & accurately.
- Prepare sales / offer proposals & presentations to clients.
- Provide market feedback to the Manager regarding movement of products / services / brands.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the minimum leads per month.
- Achieve the minimum quote & order per month.
- Detailed report under CRM showing the details of customer, contact # , industry, email id, demos, & offer details.
- Reporting monthly, quarterly & annual (sales & market targets and achievements)
- Details of winning deals & lost deals.
- Pipeline Managements (Lead Generated, qualified, solution, closing the deals.)
- Evaluating Presales & Marketing activities.
- Managing Customer support.
