Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Develop user-centered and visually appealing designs that enhance digital usability.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and refine design ideas.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment across devices.
- Continuously improve UI/UX based on analytics data and feedback to boost user satisfaction.
Website Development (WordPress)
- Manage and update the WordPress website, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
- Customize themes, plugins, and layouts to meet branding and functionality requirements.
- Apply best practices in website development for responsiveness, speed, and SEO optimization.
- Conduct regular updates and backups, troubleshooting issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
- Ensure website content and structure are SEO-friendly and aligned with digital marketing objectives.
SEO Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and strategy.
- Optimize website pages for search engines, focusing on on-page SEO elements like meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Implement basic off-page SEO strategies to increase domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Keep up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm changes to proactively adjust strategies.
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with the content team to create a content calendar that aligns with SEO and branding goals.
- Support content creation for website and social media platforms, ensuring SEO optimization.
- Analyze and report on content performance, offering insights to improve future strategy.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies that reflect brand voice and engage target audiences.
- Create and schedule social media posts, using visuals and copy that resonate with followers.
- Engage with followers across platforms, responding to comments and messages.
- Track social media metrics and performance, providing insights to optimize future posts.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop social media assets.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and report on performance across website, SEO, and social media channels.
- Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage data from tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms to inform strategies and optimize performance.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation
- Stay informed on trends and best practices in digital marketing, design, development, and SEO.
- Experiment with new strategies and tools to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in design, development, and SEO.
- UI/UX Design: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Development: Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS).
- SEO: Proven experience with keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Social Media: Knowledge of social media strategies, audience engagement, and content creation.

- Candidates must be working from Bangalore office location (#812, 8th Floor, Prestige Meridian1, M.G. Road, Bangalore – 560001).
