D365 F&O Functional

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, business process mapping, and functional configurations. This role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and document functional specifications
• Map business processes to ERP system capabilities
• Configure ERP modules based on best practices (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.)
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate customizations or workarounds
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom solution development and integrations
• Create test cases, assist in system testing, support UAT, and resolve issues
• Provide training and post-deployment support to end users
• Participate in go-live activities and offer post-implementation support
• Prepare documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and SOPs
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and status reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O)
• Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and client interaction
• Familiarity with workflow configurations and approval processes
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Candidates must be working from the Bangalore office location (#812, 8th Floor, Prestige Meridian1, M.G. Road, Bangalore – 560001). No Work from home option is entertained.
