HR applicant portal is an web based end-end public job application in integration with Dynamics 365 for Operations Human resources module.
Note: Alternatively we can avail all roles within the applicant portal itself if users don’t need to have this super users in D365 FinOps.

HR manager is the super user who can control following functionalities from the Dynamics 365 for operations application. Optionally they can be using the HR role from portal application as well (depending on needs):
Line manager role of users can initiate the job request to HR with the list of skills (i.e.) they are the one who validates the technical details of the profiles with following functionalities:
Applicant is the anonymous web based user who initiates the job application. Upon converted to employee, same user can access Employee self service functionalities:
Background verification team are approved vendors for the company, who has access to the applicant’s personal document for background verification purpose.
Vendors are the external agency that source multiple profiles on their behalf to HR Manager. They have a separate login for functionalities:
Admin users manage the Control panel of the application with the following functionalities:
Master data sync
All master data’s maintained in Dynamics 365 for Operations are transferred to HR portal application. There is constant batch setup to push these data on periodic basis. This enables to have one source of data usage between both the applications. Master data can be anything like Address City, State, Country, Education level, etc. which is used in Dynamics 365 for operations to handle applicants.
Inbound sync
There is constant inbound sync running between Dynamics 365 for operations and HR portal application to sync and added/modified/deleted details such as Applicant details, Job application, Quiz results, etc.
Outbound sync
There is constant outbound sync running between Dynamics 365 for operations and HR portal application to push the functionalities from D365 to HR portal. Data in sync such as Interview schedule, quiz assignment, course assignment, performance reviews, etc.
Licensing is defined by Saina Cloud based on the initial package cost and followed by a number of roles of users purchased. The cost for storage location of the database is incurred in Cloud-based storage mechanism is opted.
HR license – By default comes with 1 HR user access, in case of additional HR users license should be purchased separately.
Vendor license – By default comes with 2 Vendor licenses (i.e.) One BGV user and one vendor user
Admin license – By default comes with 1 Admin user license
