We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Dynamics Functional Trainees. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You will receive hands-on training, work closely with our functional consultants, and gain exposure to real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.
• Support in analyzing client business processes and learning how they map to Dynamics 365 modules.
• Participate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities under guidance.
• Help in documenting user requirements, business scenarios, and functional specifications.
• Contribute to preparing training materials and assisting in end-user training sessions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end business flows.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce/business administration or related fields.
• Strong interest in ERP systems and business process automation.
• Basic understanding of finance and business processes will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Candidates will work from the Bangalore office location (#812, 8th Floor, Prestige Meridian 1, M.G. Road, Bangalore – 560001).
• No Work from home option is entertained.
