About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Sales Interns. This role is a great opportunity to start a career in sales and business development. You will receive hands-on training, work closely with our sales and marketing team, and gain exposure to real-time client interactions and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, and email campaigns
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
- Engage with clients, understand requirements, and schedule meetings/demos
- Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
- Develop knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and company services
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and track daily sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Perform daily outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) and follow-ups consistently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in marketing, Sales, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales navigator and business processes is a plus
- Understanding marketing, sales, or supply chain concepts is an added advantage
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Ability to work well in a team
