Saina Cloud Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment & L&D Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for a fresher or a candidate with 0–1 year of experience who is interested in both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
• Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Identify training and development requirements
• Coordinate internal training programs and learning initiatives
• Maintain employee training records and L&D reports
• Support performance development and skill-building initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment/L&D
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
